It’s been a while since my last post. I’ve got a few updates to give you which include both cross stitch and papercrafting. If you head over to My ATC Swap you’ll find pictures of this month ATCs. The colour combo was green and yellow and there certainly was a lot of variations which I always like to see.
First update is All Our Yesterdays Family Walk on the Promenade. I finished Family Walk at the beginning of February. It only really took me a week to finish with a day or two worth of backstitching.
Family Walk on the Promenade. Stitched on 16 count white aida with DMC embroidery cotton. Contains full stitches, half stitch, french knots and backstich.
Then I worked on Lickle Ted Busy Lickle Dreamy. This only took me a week to do. I did the backstitching as I went along. Lickle Ted is certainly my favourite lickle bear to stitch. I probably could just stitch him all the time and nothing else. But I’m the kind of the stitcher who likes to stitch different things. (As you have seen…)
Busy Lickle Dreamy. Stitched on 16 count white aida with DMC embroidery cotton. Contains full stitches, half stitch, fractionals and backstitch.
I am currently working on my owl tapestry. I’ve made a good progress. The sky is now finish along with the leaves. I am working on the grass at the moment then I’ll work on the owl himself.
Thanks for looking…
